**Responsibilities**:_
- Lead and manage the school's administrative and academic functions to ensure effective operations and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the school board and stakeholders to develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to teachers and staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Work with teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans, assessment strategies, and effective teaching practices.
- Engage with students, parents, and the community to build strong relationships and ensure open communication.
- Manage student disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner, maintaining a safe and respectful school environment.
- Oversee school events, extracurricular activities, and special projects to enrich the educational experience.
- Represent the school in meetings, conferences, and community events to promote its values and achievements.
- Collaborate with other educational institutions and organizations to foster partnerships and opportunities for the school and its students.
- **Qualifications**:_

Graduate Degree holder and B.Ed (Compulsory)
- Strong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team and promote a positive work culture.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
