Manya currently operates in three major business verticals in the area of Test Preparation,
Overseas Admissions and Language & Communication Training. Now Manya is also venturing into online products segment to cater to larger market.
The position holder is expected to participate in curriculum design and program level delivery to students, onsite and/ online, to support their learning and professional development and helping them achieve a score to the best of their potential.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for delivery of training sessions as per the assigned schedule and within firm timelines and ensure smooth & regular running of batches.
- Owner for course completion and high standard of student engagement.
- Develop course content and compile additional sample/ practice questions and recommend books and materials with an eye on the changing trend in exams.
- Required to revise curriculum appropriately, create teaching assignments on courses and support development of the content, as necessary.
- Make appropriate use of training aids to enhance student experience and learning outcomes.
- Ensure regular batch reviews and student assessments, report student progress and take steps to provide additional focus to support, as necessary and seek Master Trainers’ inputs.
- Support collection of scorecards and testimonials from students by keeping in regular touch with them.
- Collect student reviews in running batches and contribute to CSAT tracking.
- Deliver KPI of product-wise average score improvement and top score target as defined.
- Keenly participate in self-development initiatives, reflected through CDCC and QC scores.
- Act on feedback provided by Master Trainer.
- Participate in student advising, registration and counselling, as necessary.
