**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction activities, ensuring the project progresses safely, on schedule, and within budget. This includes managing workers, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Oversee workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed per specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure resource efficiency.
- Maintain site documentation and report progress to the Project Manager.
