**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the CSSD department
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the CSSD department
- Manage staff and provide training as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sterile supplies

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in CSSD management
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Experience with CSSD equipment and processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
