**Enterprise Architect **will be involved in programs with the following roles:
Enterprise architecture takes a strategic view of business activity systems supported and enabled by IT, and works to integrate business planning with IT planning. It addresses portfolio-level analysis, with a view to cross-organizational standardization, integration and optimization, and produces road maps for major changes and innovations
The Enterprise Architect role requires complex thinking and strategizing to ascertain which legacy systems can be updated, what software or hardware can be replaced, and which services or products will support business operations across each department. In our specific case, you ensure.
**Job Description**:
The Architect for cross-program, and cross-project Architecture strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution
- The Architect for complex development projects and system integration, M&A and migration strategies
- The consultant in business process analysis and design, and service delivery, particularly with respect to the use of information, trends and directions for technology
- The Project “Auditor” to ensure conformance and compliance of projects and programs with Architect guidelines. Essentially the “voice of the customer” during development activities.

Skills and attributes
Consultancy
Takes responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. Identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required. Collaborates with, and facilitates stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements.

Actively maintains recognised expert level knowledge in one or more identifiable specialisms. Provides definitive and expert advice in their specialist area(s). Oversees the provision of specialist advice by others, consolidates expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives.

Manages the innovation pipeline and executes innovation processes. Develops, evolves and adapts innovation tools, processes and infrastructures to drive the process of innovation. Identifies resources and capabilities needed to support innovation.
Enterprise and business architecture
Contributes to the creation and review of a systems capability strategy which meets the strategic requirements of the business. Develops models and plans to drive the execution of the strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance. Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, data management, practices, procedures, organisation and equipment.
Emerging technology monitoring
Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.
Solution architecture
Leads the development of architectures for complex solutions, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external, and internal customers. Takes full responsibility for the balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organisation.
Business modelling
Defines modelling standards and quality targets for an organisation. Has continuing responsibility for the maintenance of models for a designated function. Initiates organisation-wide modelling improvement activities and obtains customer buy-in to general changes.
Systems design
Adopts and adapts appropriate systems design methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches, and ensures they are applied effectively. Designs large or complex systems. Undertakes impact analysis on major design options and trade-off. Makes recommendations and assesses and manages associated risks.

For this specific role we require Enterprise Architect to be able to deliver following deliverables:
Delivery Architectural Diagram for acquisition project which involves integration of all digital and digital marketing assets from acquired company system over to mother company own PIM system and central systems of records and its website. This architectural diagram will be used to develop Test environment data dump for evaluation and correction of collected C&K digital and digital marketing assets, before they will be finally migrated to the live systems of the mother company.
