We are a fast-growing travel company offering pilgrimage and heritage tours across key spiritual destinations in India. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident **Telecaller** to promote and sell our complete travel packages.

Your role will be crucial in connecting customers with meaningful travel experiences in **Kashi (Varanasi), Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Bodhgaya, Naimisharanya, and Lucknow**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our **pilgrimage and heritage travel packages**.
- Sell a wide range of services including:

- **Travel packages**:

- **Hotel bookings**:

- **Homestay accommodations**:

- **Cab and transport services**:

- **Boat rides on the Ganga**:

- **Local guide arrangements**:

- Explain tour details, itineraries, and pricing clearly to interested customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales customer service.
- Coordinate with operations and booking teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Good convincing ability and customer handling skills.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
