Full Job Description:
Role Title: Social Media Intern

Department: Social Media Marketing

Division: Marketing

Location: Noida, NCR

Working Mode: Work From Office

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Scheduling and Publishing: Help schedule and publish posts on different social media channels using appropriate tools and platforms.

Engagement and Interaction: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful interactions with followers.

Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to help optimize content strategy.

Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and providing insights to refine future strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence and capture the attention of our target audience.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- A strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Proficient in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset and willingness to propose and experiment with new ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Duration and Compensation:
This is a full-time internship position, with a duration of 3 months.
