**Designation: Shop Incharge**
**Location: Malegaon**
**Salary: 25000 - 30000**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- **Sales & Revenue**:

- Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective strategies.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage and motivate shop staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate replenishment.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Maintain an attractive and organized shop layout and displays.
- **Cash Management**:

- Handle billing, cash transactions, and ensure financial accuracy.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily and monthly sales and operations reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
