**Role Description**

The Transformation role is part of the Corporate Bank (CB) Transformation Office team which reports to the CB Central. It plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the organization. The CB Transformation team is supporting the CB management team in developing the CB strategy & implementing programs/projects globally. In that role, it develops & defines the programs and strategic initiatives - always in close alignment with the overall CB objectives, all CB regions, product areas & DB Group functions. The team is executing on critical initiatives in all regions.

**Job Summary**:The Transformation Office Manager is responsible for assisting in the development, communication, execution and continuous improvement of the CB organizations strategic initiatives. This role requires working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between vision, strategy and execution across all CB business units.

**Your key responsibilities**

**Project Management**
- Manage multiple cross functional programs that align with the company’s vision
- Develop program plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives
- Assist in the execution of long term organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to align business objectives with the overall plans
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope

**Project Implementation**
- Oversee the implementation of initiatives across various CB departments
- Track progress of project goals, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide periodic updates to senior management
- Identify and resolve barriers to successful project implementation

**Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with business goals
- Foster relationships with key partners, including vendors, clients and other third parties, to facilitate partnerships.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Provide data driven insights and reports to support decision making
- Prepare presentations, white papers and executive summaries for the leadership team
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess the impact of strategic initiatives

**Change Management**
- Lead or support organizational change management initiatives to help the company adapt to new directions.
- Communicate effectively to drive stakeholder buy in and manage resistance to change

**Risk management**
- Identify potential risks and opportunities that could affect the achievement of objectives.
- Develop contingency plans and strategies to mitigate risks.

**Innovation and Continuous Improvement**
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and innovative practices that could enhance the organizations advantage.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster innovation within the organization.

**Your skills and experience**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Business administration, Strategic management, Economics or a related field
- PMP / Prince 2 certification preferred

**Experience**
- ~10 -12 years of experience in program management and execution
- Consulting, Solutioning and Due Diligence experience helpful

**Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies and tools (Charter, RACI matrix, Agile, Waterfall etc)
- Be the change agent and self motivated to drive change programs across the divisions
- Experience in project management and change management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Automation and Artificial Intelligence Tools
