**Job Description**:
As a Graphic Designer at Mobicore Infotech, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and impactful designs that resonate with our target audience. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and a keen understanding of current design trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop visually engaging designs for various digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, and website graphics.
Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
Brand Consistency:
Uphold and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and enhance the company's visual identity.
Multimedia Design:
Create engaging multimedia content, including animations and videos, to enhance our online presence.
Stay updated on design tools and techniques to bring innovation to multimedia projects.
Quality Control:
Review and proofread designs to ensure high-quality output and adherence to design standards.
Provide constructive feedback on design projects when collaborating with team members.
Deadline Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.
