**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate freelance Psychology Trainer to conduct a series of mental health programs aimed at boosting the well-being and productivity of our employees. The trainer will develop and deliver engaging sessions, workshops, and activities to promote mental health awareness and provide practical tools for managing stress, enhancing resilience, and improving overall workplace mental well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver interactive training sessions tailored to the needs of employees.
- Conduct workshops on stress management, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and resilience.
- Provide actionable strategies for improving mental health in a corporate environment.
- Offer one-on-one or group consultations if required.
- Create resources, including handouts, exercises, and tools, to support learning.
- Foster a safe and open environment for employees to discuss mental health challenges.
- Measure the impact of the training sessions and provide feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer, counselor, or therapist, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of workplace mental health trends and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training programs to suit diverse employee needs.
- Certification in mental health first aid or related programs is a plus.

**Engagement Details**:

- **Duration**: Project-based, with flexible scheduling based on mutual agreement.
- **Location**: Onsite (Pune)
- **Compensation**: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
