**Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting & Reporting**
- Maintain and analyze financial records.
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).

**2. Auditing & Assurance**
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Evaluate financial controls and risk management systems.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.

**3. Taxation & Compliance**
- File and manage direct (income tax) and indirect taxes (GST, VAT).
- Advise on tax planning and strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

**4. Cost Management & Budgeting**
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze cost structures to improve profitability.
- Assist in pricing strategies and cost-cutting initiatives.

**5. Financial Advisory & Consulting**
- Provide investment and financial planning advice.
- Assist in business valuation, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Guide businesses on financial restructuring and risk mitigation.

**6. Corporate Law & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance laws and regulations.
- Handle company secretarial duties, including board meeting documentation.
- Monitor compliance with business laws and legal frameworks.

**7. Management & Decision Support**
- Assist in strategic planning with financial insights.
- Guide management on key business decisions based on financial data.
- Support business expansion and funding decisions.

**8. Risk Assessment & Internal Controls**
- Identify financial risks and implement control measures.
- Develop internal control policies to prevent fraud and errors.
- Evaluate operational risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

**9. Banking & Fund Management**
- Manage cash flow, investments, and working capital.
- Liaise with banks for loans, credit facilities, and funding.
- Oversee financial transactions and treasury management.

**10. Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection**
- Investigate financial fraud, embezzlement, and irregularities.
- Provide litigation support and expert testimony.
- Conduct forensic audits to identify financial discrepancies.
