**Residential **Social Teacher**:
**Job description**:
Residential Social Language Teacher must be a regular PG holder with B.Ed. Must possess good knowledge of linguistic capabilities. Teacher is responsible for creating a English languages skills across the campus.

Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help your students meet their learning goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Yearly and Daily Lesson Plan.
- Organize classroom lectures and coursework
- Prepare materials and activities as per lesson plan.
- Assign homework and interesting exercises
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Determine exam and assignment grades
- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behaviour
- Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades as class teacher
- Research new language teaching methods
- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
- Inform Management about their children’s performance
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
- Delivering engaging lessons on topics such as American history and World War
- Assigning projects and homework to students
- Arranging and inviting resource persons and guest speakers to deliver presentations on important events in history
- Using presentations and visuals for better understanding
- Assessing students performance and providing individual attention to weaker students
- Incorporating relevant and current historical changes in the learning process
- Participating in skill building workshops and training sessions
- Including researching findings in journals and instructional materials
- Utilizing library and history specific resources when preparing lesson plans
- Performing administrative duties when required
- Revising course outlines and specific requirements when needed

***Requirements and skills**:

- Previous 6 years of experience as Social Teacher.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods.
- Deep understanding of the national curriculum requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A patient and resilient personality.
- Dedication to students and education.
- MA in Sociology with B.Ed. is must.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary**:₹18,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month.

**Allowances**: Free bachelor accommodation and food.
