Job Title: Hyperion Planning & Essbase Test Consultant SKILLS: ? 5 ? 8 Years hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning & Essbase Testing. ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Responsible to be a member of Hyperion Planning & Essbase testing team. ? Proficient enough to co-ordinate with Build Team to understand the requirement and prepare Test design ? Strong problem-solving communication interpersonal training and presentation skills. ? Strong experience in Testing of Hyperion Planning & Essbase Applications. ? Knowledge in test application design and make recommendations for design enhancements ? Ability to understand the business requirements and perform system testing of Hyperion applications ? Should have good functional knowledge of Hyperion Planning & Essbase process ? Proficiency and experience in Adhoc reporting through Smartview ? Should be strong with Data Reconciliation / Data Validations ? Should have good understanding of Integration Testing. ? Sound have knowledge in Accounting/ Finance basics ? Should design Test Scenarios/ Test cases for the requirements. ? Should execute test cases and record defects in JIRA ? Good understanding of Defect Life cycle process. ? Responsible for System and Regression Testing of Hyperion Planning & Essbase enhancements/ Projects ? Mandatory to work in Agile environment ? Must have good excel knowledge ? Should have good understanding of Software Test Life cycle (STLC) ? Banking domain experience is an added advantage
