JD JOB ROLE - DENTAL ASSOCIATE

Department - Administration

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting to - HR Director

Head Person responsible will be handling some of the administrative areas managed currently at the UK Head Office.

1. Managing the Software's used in Dental Practices of Alliance Dental in UK which includes
- a. Dentally.

b. Diary Management.

c. Documentation and Record Keeping as per the Guidelines.

d. Keeping track of the Patient's Treatment Charges.

e. Keeping track of the Patient's Medical History.

2. Keeping track of the Patient’s refund status.

3. Booking appointments of patients for Doctor's for particular Dental Practice.

Skills required
- 1. Good Communication

2. Excellent Organizational Skills

3. Willing to work in UK shifts (1 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

4. Open to administrative profile

5. BDS / Master's degree in Hospital Management
