Ultrasound Technician

Besides operating the imaging equipment, ultrasound technicians have other responsibilities. A sonography technician balances interaction with patients and technological performances with anatomy and pathology knowledge by working together with healthcare teams. Although ultrasound technologists serve in different capacities, their general duties include:
- Describing the ultrasound procedures to patients to avoid misperception
- Maintaining the ultrasound machine and sterilizing the ultrasound rooms
- Interpreting and evaluating the quality of captured ultrasound images
- Spreading ultrasound gel on patients undergoing the imaging process
- Creating preliminaries of the findings and presenting images to healthcare teams
- Maintaining records of ultrasound patients and attaching ultrasound medical reports to the record files of their patients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
