As an SEO Specialist at Benaka Gold Company, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our website's visibility and organic search rankings. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive qualified organic traffic and increase online visibility for our business.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement SEO strategies: Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings. Develop and execute SEO strategies to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, content, and URLs.

Technical SEO optimization: Ensure the website is technically optimized for search engines. Identify and resolve issues related to website speed, crawlability, indexation, mobile-friendliness, and site structure. Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary technical changes.

Content optimization: Optimize website content to improve organic rankings and user engagement. Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and integrate them effectively into content. Create and optimize metadata, headings, and image alt tags.

Link building and outreach: Develop and execute link building strategies to increase the website's authority and improve search rankings. Identify relevant link opportunities, conduct outreach to website owners, and build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, content collaborations, and other ethical link-building methods.

Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO. Stay informed about the gold industry and competitor activities to leverage opportunities for our website.

Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs. Prepare regular reports to showcase the effectiveness of SEO efforts and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies. Provide guidance and recommendations on website changes, content creation, and landing page optimization.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or gold industry.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

Experience with technical SEO optimization, including website audits, crawlability, and site speed optimization.

Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.

Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
