**Job Description**:

- Designation: Sales Coordinator
- Department: Industry Division
- Location - Gandhinagar
- Experience: 01 to 05 Years
- Education Qualification - Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:
1 Customer Communication:

- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.

2 Order Processing:

- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3 Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

4 Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to ensure product availability.

5 Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain sales contracts and agreements.
- Generate and maintain reports related to sales activities.

6 Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Assist in identifying potential leads and new business opportunities.

7 Administrative Tasks:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
