**Job Summary**

Though understated, our reputation for being world class Clothiers remains unparalleled. We are now foraying into the world of digital online fashion through e-commerce. As a **Fashion Stylist** at Kachins working on design of clothing for Womens and Menswear for our online clients, your level of responsibility will entail that you work on the brief given to you by the company intermingling it with your creative skills. You will ensure and be responsible, that you make most use of time and resources at your disposal. Attending to and execution of online client orders will be your main responsibilities. Contribution of ideas to company pret line, fashion blogs and social media initiatives would be a part of the job.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Core responsibilities include**:creating/visualising an idea and producing a design by hand or using our computer computer-aided design (CAD) software suite;** keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours, look, silhouettes etc. **execution and follow up of online orders for both Women and Men and advising them. You would also be **working with others in the design team, such as cutting masters and master tailors, finishers to ensure that the client order is executed on time as per client specification and brief.**

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- A Diploma Or a Degree in Fashion from a reputed institute a MUST. NIFT graduates are preferable but not a must.
- A flair for design, well spoken a pleasing personality and good communication skills is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Fashion Stylist..
- A fair technical knowledge of Fabrics essential as these are the building blocks for fine tailoring and clothing.
- Should have worked on Computer Aided Design systems and should be familiar with the usual suite of software for presentation, spreadsheet and mailing.
- We assume that having graduated from a reputed institute your knowledge in tailoring and garment construction is adequate.
