**Location**: PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any field

**Description**:

- Liaising and working towards setting up the study within the Institute.
- Ensuring data completeness and compliance as per study protocol.
- Identify and obtain missing trial data by contacting doctors and nurses working on the trials.
- Coordinate and respond to requests from the central team at CMC Ludhiana regarding inconsistencies in data: requests for due data: and any other queries or requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of Case Report Form (CRF) data via the trial database, ensuring data is entered and queried in a timely manner.
- Respond and deal with queries from doctors and nurses, resolve routine problems, and refer to more complex queries from the central management team.
- Give support in arranging follow-up appointments for patients participating in the Global Surgery Studies
- Maintain recruitment graphs and reports for the Trial team.
- Maintain a database of collaborators’ contact details within the Hub and in Spoke hospitals.
- Participate in and contribute to general activities e.g. meetings, training, archiving etc.

**Desirable**:

- Minimum work experience of 1 year in data entry or management field.
- Experience in IT with Microsoft Word and Excel.
