Job Title: Architect
Job Summary:
An Architect is responsible for designing and planning buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe. They collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring designs from concept to completion, following regulations, codes, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs for buildings, spaces, and structures based on client needs and requirements.
2. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, project scope, and requirements, providing expert guidance and design solutions.
3. Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications for construction.
4. Project Management: Oversee the project from concept to completion, ensuring designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of the design and construction process.
7. Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop project timelines and cost estimates, ensuring projects stay within budget and deadlines.
8. Site Visits: Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with the architectural design and to address any issues that arise.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment:
Architects typically work in office settings but may spend time at construction sites or meeting with clients. Some travel may be required for site visits and project evaluations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
