**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US market to generate leads and promote our software development and digital marketing services.
- Engage and build rapport with prospects, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in website development and digital marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Availability to work US shift hours: 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM (IST).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in cold calling, particularly in the software development domain.
- Familiarity with website development and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Technical support: 2 years (required)
