We also run a health podcast Settle Or BBETTER, which is in the top 10% most viewed worldwide.

**The challenge**:
BBETTER is growing fast and we need a creative graphic designer to convey the USPs of our products to the customers. We need designs that catch attention and convey our proposition. We also need this person to edit our video podcast which is in the top 10% most viewed worldwide. If you believe you can grow this brand with your design skills, hit apply.

**What you'll do**:

- He able to read and write Kannada fluently
- Create designs for our products for various marketplaces and our own website
- Create click-worthy ads
- Cut & edit clips of our Settle Or BBETTER podcast
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Analyze data to optimise the creatives & clips
