**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on **Technician** to support our production and quality teams in soldering, product assembly, product testing, and inventory management. This role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD components) on PCBs with high accuracy.
- Conduct product assembly as per drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out product testing to ensure quality and functionality before dispatch.
- Assist in inventory management including stock counting, labeling, and material issuance.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective products or components.
- Maintain and calibrate tools, jigs, and test equipment.
- Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling while working on sensitive electronics.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workbench.
- Collaborate with engineers for design changes or assembly improvements.
- Prepare and maintain production/testing documentation and reports.

**Required Skills & Competencies:Technical Skills**:

- PCB soldering (through-hole & SMD)
- Wiring & crimping techniques
- Reading circuit diagrams & mechanical drawings
- Use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical components

**Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and precision

- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset

**Additional Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware loading
- Familiarity with ISO/quality standards in manufacturing

- Experience in repair & rework of electronic products
- Computer skills for documentation (MS Excel, Word)

Pay: ₹9,557.15 - ₹33,712.41 per month
