**Job Title**: Senior Fashion Consultant - Premium Apparel Brand (Female Only)
**Location**: Delhi, India
**Salary**: Up to 4.5 LPA (Lakhs per Annum)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to female customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the brand's apparel lines, including fabric types, fits, and seasonal collections, with a focus on women's fashion.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits, coordinating accessories, and creating complete looks that align with their personal style and the brand's aesthetic.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with female clients through exceptional customer service, attentive follow-up, and personalized communication.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings relevant to women's apparel to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store's women's apparel section, ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and consistent with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute promotional events, sales strategies, and customer engagement initiatives focused on the women's apparel segment.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the brand's values, style, and ethos in all interactions with customers and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Consultant or Sales Associate in a premium apparel brand, with a focus on women's fashion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service to female clientele.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, garment construction, and fabric quality, particularly in the context of women's apparel.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with female customers, understand their individual style preferences, and recommend suitable fashion solutions.
- Sales-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Fashion certification or relevant training programs will be considered an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Schedule:
