Architect - Itom Tooling

Looking for a dynamic, innovative, and detail-oriented Architect - ITOM Tooling, to play a key role in operational efficiency, automation, and innovation within Core42 with a special focus on OpenText. You will design, implement, and manage cutting-edge IT Operations Management (ITOM) tooling solutions using OpenText products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Functional:_
- Evaluate, select, and implement best-in-class ITOM tools and technologies, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that the ITOM digital platform can ingest and manage monitoring data from a range of various sources and analyze them with unmatched depth and speed-to-insight using automation tools.
- Design and implement integrations between various ITOM tools to create a seamless and automated operational environment.
- Develop and enforce ITOM tooling governance processes, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and security standards.
- Ensure that the ITOM digital platform can assist in predictive maintenance and capacity management to facilitate better preemptive action before an incident.
- Convince customers / prospects to take advantage of the Core42 IT Operations Management digital platform to solve their complex business and technical problems.
- Inspire teams with an innovative mindset providing guidance on the future of Core42 ITOM solutions.
- Lead the creation and sharing of best practices and content both to educate colleagues and to help customers realize value faster.
- Contribute to the development of qualified opportunities with Core42 Sales, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams by delivering high-level design (HLD) solution architecture in response to client RFPs, RFIs, RFQs etc.
- Closely collaborate with a cross-functional teams to deliver a unique client co-creation experience and accelerate client transformation.
- Lead and contribute to co-creation of rapid proofs of concept, Minimal Viable Solutions, Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and Minimal Viable Services (MVS) that demonstrate measurable business value.
- Serve as a technical specialist using in-depth software knowledge, support channels, and a network of professional contacts.
- Participate in public events such as user conferences, webinars, executive briefings, etc.
- Be the voice of the customer and provide field feedback to help develop and shape the GTM roadmap and to better help our customers.
- Be the go-to person for market trends and competitive analysis with special knowledge of the unique benefits of our ITOM solutions.
- Be the trusted advisor for ITOM solutions for customers, the market, partners, and colleagues.
- Translate business problems into leading-edge analytics solutions using consulting skills, industry expertise and technical knowledge.
- Support the business partner ecosystem, along with taking the technical lead with Core42 strategic ITOM vendors, partnering with them as a GTM solutions specialist.
- Build an understanding of the AIOps competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Provide ITOM Solution Delivery Inputs for the network, security, and systems areas of expertise.
- Manage the ITOM services function of the business within agreed operating budgets.
- Review technical designs and implement cost effective ITOM solutions.
- Increase delivery of standardized solutions through automation.
- Develops the team by establishing or recommending learning and professional and personal development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- ITIL foundation certification.
- At least 10-15 years of ITOM and ITSM experience.
- Extensive knowledge of tools like OpenText, ServiceNow.
- Experience in Pre-Sales in solution architecture of ITOM/AIOps.
