Job Description: Purchase Executive

Location: Ecotech 3rd, Greater Noida

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 years

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and source suppliers based on requirements.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels.

Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Monitor market trends and update procurement strategies accordingly.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Tally Prime software.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or trading company is preferred.

Note: This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
