Profile: - Freight Broker
Location - Ambala - On site & WFH
Job Timings - 5:30 p.m. (IST) to 2:30 a.m. (IST) - Night Shift
Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Salary Range - Negotiable

Job Responsibilities
- Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
- Providing customers with shipping quotes.
- Booking orders with carriers.
- Assisting to prepare carriers for loads.
- Tracking status of loads.
- Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
- Keeping accurate records of relevant activities.
- Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries.
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace.
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation
- Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing
- Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers
- Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate
- Work Experience -Sales /outbound calling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
