**Interior Designer/Architect - JD - Level 100 Realty**
- The key responsibilities include meeting clients for Design visualizing and sketching design plans as per client requirement and inspecting construction to ensure design specifications are met.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Prepare Estimation sheets based on quantity
- Work closely in coordination with Sales, Production and Installation team
- Conceptualize and preparing 2D design plans.
- Source materials and products included in plans in coordination with procurement team.
- Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision for client approval.
- Releasing Shop drawings to the floor based on client approval.
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
- Degree in architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of software programs such as Revit,Lumion,AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suit etc
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of 3dsMAX, and Sketchup (added advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
- Client Servicing - Soft spoken and confident to deal with clients.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
