Front Office Coordinator

Responding to telephone and face-to-face enquires
Communicating information with the staff team and top management
Preparing information and documents for all telephonic/walkin meetings
Attending visitors and maintaining their records
Maintaning ordering office supplies and equipments if needed
Monitoring the office maintenance and consumption stock on day-to-day basis and updating the stocks accordingly
Responsible for the reception area decorum
Responsible for EPAEX operations. Ensure the imeediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls. Also maintain all call records.
Typing, filing and retrieving documents
Ensuring that all facilities are maintained at all times. This would include close co-ordination with courier services, IT (WI-FI, system repair) other facilities available on call.
**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
