**Job Description: Graphic Designer**

**Position**: Graphic Designer
**Experience**: 1 to 3 Years
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in CorelDraw 17
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong command over Photoshop
- Experience with Canva

**Location**: Bhatar/Katargam
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
**Job Time**: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
**Industry**: Printing/Digital Marketing Agency

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Create visually engaging graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, and other print and digital designs.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with the team and clients to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual content.
- **Printing Projects**: Prepare artwork for print media ensuring high quality and accuracy for all printed materials.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the projects.
- **Time Management**: Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

**Required Skills**:

- **CorelDraw 17**: Strong knowledge and experience in working with CorelDraw for graphic design tasks.
- **Adobe Illustrator**: Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector-based design creation.
- **Adobe Photoshop**: Advanced skills in Photoshop for image editing, retouching, and creating visually appealing designs.
- **Canva**: Experience with Canva for creating quick designs for digital and social media platforms.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and develop original ideas that align with the company’s objectives.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality output in every design.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Ability to handle design projects from concept to final delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
