The **Sports Facilitator** is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering sports and physical education programs that promote fitness, teamwork, and overall well-being among students. This role involves developing age-appropriate activities, coaching various sports, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for physical development. The facilitator will encourage participation, skill-building, and a positive attitude towards sports and healthy living.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSports Education & Training**
- Plan and conduct structured sports and physical education sessions for students of various age groups.
- Teach fundamental movement skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline through different sports and activities.
- Organize drills, exercises, and game-based learning to improve students’ physical abilities and coordination.
- Develop personalized training plans for students with varying skill levels and needs.

**Event Coordination & Coaching**
- Organize school-level tournaments, inter-school competitions, and sports day events.
- Coach students in specific sports, preparing them for competitions and team selections.
- Foster an environment of motivation, inclusivity, and fair play among students.

**Health, Safety & Well-being**
- Ensure all sports activities follow safety guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury-prevention exercises before and after physical activities.
- Monitor and guide students in maintaining physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.

**Student Engagement & Development**
- Encourage students of all abilities to participate in sports and physical activities.
- Identify and nurture talent, providing guidance for students interested in pursuing sports professionally.
- Promote values such as leadership, teamwork, and resilience through sports.

**Collaboration & Administration**
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school management to integrate sports into the overall education system.
- Maintain records of student participation, performance, and progress in sports programs.
- Stay updated on modern coaching techniques, sports science, and fitness trends.

**QualificationsEducation**
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Coaching certifications in specific sports (advantageous).

**Experience**
- Prior experience in sports coaching, physical education, or school sports facilitation.
- Experience in organizing sports events and training programs.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Strong knowledge of different sports, fitness techniques, and training methods.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for sports and physical education.
- Good organizational and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
