**Requirements**:

- Must have worked extensively on the various VisionPLUS Issuing and Acquiring modules and well versed with the various product configuration parameters.
- Experience in handling data migration projects
- _**Possess strong technical and functional skills on the core VisionPLUS modules**_
- Experience in conducting GAP analysis, Impact analysis and estimation.
- Proven expertise and experience of analyzing, defining, and articulating complex problems clearly across strategic, business, systems, process and data areas of work
- Experience of defining and documenting process workflows for system implementation
- Excellent presentation, analytical and articulation skills
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, methodology development, and data modelling
- Self-starter and extremely hands on in the execution of projects
- Able to manage and work with internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
- Ability to communicate difficult sensitive information tactfully is required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work with business and other technology partners (internal and external) to define and implement interface stability and standards
- In-depth understanding cards systems and modules for defining stability metrics and recovery processes
- Ability to play a key role in change management process in ensuring stability due to change
- Ability to define and implementation process or standards as part of chaos engineering
- Should have sound understanding of providing solutions for monitoring, predictive failures, automated recovery

**Responsibility**
- Identifying and documenting requirements in form of customer journeys and user stories.
- Analyze existing interfaces and functional programs and prepare technical specifications.
- Maintain technical awareness at a level where alternatives can be analyzed, modelled and classified according to technical feasibility and non-functional characteristics
- Work with other stakeholders, internal and external product teams in finalizing solution to meet the requirements.
- Exhibit values and principles of an agile mindset
- Accountable for cross team reporting to Program Manager, PMO and/or possibly steering committee.
- Coordination across teams / platforms, ensuring project requirements are understood by the teams and solution meets the requirements.
- Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for testing of automated systems
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program, projects, and project management community and with other stakeholders if necessary.

**Testing**: Intermediate knowledge of testing

**Support**: Advanced knowledge on SRE, ITIL, Agile delivery process

**Technology**:

- Programming: Mainframe, Unix, Java
- Source Control: SCM Tools on Mainframe or Unix
- Build Tools: Based on COBOL
- Application: VisionPLUS
- Modules/Sub-Systems: CDM, FAS, CMS, LMS, MBS, TRAMS
- Interfaces: Schemes (prefer experience on VISA, MC, UPI, RuPay), Switch-IVR/Base24, Fraud, Collections, Loyalty, OTP/SMS etc

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
