Designation - Receptionist cum Admin Executive
Qualification - Graduate
Experience - 4-6 Yrs.
Job Profile:
- Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
- Greeting the visitors at the office. Registering their names and contact details.
- Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
- Providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.
- keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
- Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Supervising and controlling the activities of Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry works etc.
- Co-ordinating with vendors AC, Stationery, Office Equipment and maintaining stock.
- Maintaining Inward & outward register, key register etc.
- Looking after the AMC of AC, Water filter, Pest control, Contract & vendor management etc.
- Joining Formalities, Introducing New Joinees to all the employees and conducting their induction training.
- Maintaining Attendance Record of Employees.
- handing event arrangement at plant for all the employees of our plant. HR Support Activities. Handling of employee engagement at plant with various programs.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Front Office, Administration or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
