Marketing Executive (Field Staff) - Construction Field

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala, India

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team as field staff in the construction industry. As a Marketing Executive (Field Staff), you will play a crucial role in promoting our construction-related services and products to potential clients in the Ernakulam region. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate our offerings and build strong relationships with prospects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to construction sites, contractors, architects, and other potential clients to promote our products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through direct engagement and networking efforts in the field.
- Present our company's offerings persuasively and professionally to potential clients.
- Collect feedback and insights from clients to improve our marketing strategies and offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of 12th grade or Degree
- Freshers or Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a field-based role.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Familiarity with the Ernakulam region and its construction landscape is preferred.

**Salary**: INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month (Salary range may vary based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
