- **PTC Windchill Consultant**

**Exp
- 5+ years**
- 5-10 years’ hands-on experience as Windchill Architect with PLM Enterprise Systems, mainly Windchill and Thingworx.
- Writes code according to detailed programming specifications
- Completes documentation, unit testing, debugs, and reports results
- Prepares program specifications in coordination with business analysts
- Works with senior staff on system design
- Configure, Customize & Build solutions aligned with business process and requirements.
- Deploy and debug code through build process and with accordance to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with onshore/offshore Business/Solution Architects and support them in developing prototypes and implementing full solutions.
- Understand the technical requirements and develop detailed design documents
- Coordinate support activities and identify solutions for complex issues
- Develop code with minimum supervision, that meets quality standards and best practices
- Provide unit and functional test-cases for the implemented solutions
- Ability to install, configure and upgrade Windchill and prior experience with integrations is a plus.
- Ability to code according industry standards, preferably in Java, Python is a plus
- Experience working on Agile engagements is a plus
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Azure DevOps, GIT and JIRA.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in documentation
- Experience with Java programming, specifically with Windchill API
- In Depth knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and API development preferred
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills are preferred
- Prior experience with Manufacturing Automotive industry a major plus
- Masters/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science and equivalent experience in the development industry
