**Job Description**:

- Develop the architecture and technology standards for Security Management in line with the Bayer contract and policies.
- Manage design and development of Security features (HLD, Features List, Features descriptions)
- Design, build and implement enterprise-class security systems for the Bayer environment.
- Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements.
- Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy.
- Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.
- Seek opportunities to optimize costs and operational activities
- Provide direction and guidance on migration from the old to the new model
- Responsible for product selection in areas of Security Management
- Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats.
- Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge.
- Provide clear guidance and consultancy to different stakeholders on execution and implementation of security services, processes and tooling.
- Provide insight in the SecOps security services and their integration within the Bayer ecosystem.
