Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
- Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Sales and Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- 2. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Promote new and existing products to customers.
- Assist with product displays and merchandising.
- 3. Inventory Management:

- Ensure products are stocked, organized, and readily available for customers.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock to the store manager.
- Cash Handling and Transactions:

- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
- 5. Store Maintenance:

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure the store is well-lit and displays are appealing to customers.
- 6. Teamwork and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other team members to meet store objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Additional Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
