Broadband Technician

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Broadband FTTH Technician** to install, maintain, and troubleshoot **Fiber to the Home (FTTH)** connections. The technician will work in residential and commercial environments to ensure high-speed internet and voice services are installed correctly and function optimally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **FTTH installations**, including fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and ONT/router setup.
- Conduct **site surveys** and assess installation requirements.
- Run and secure fiber optic cables both indoors and outdoors (aerial and underground).
- Configure customer equipment such as routers, modems, ONTs, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Use testing tools (e.g., OTDR, power meter) to verify signal integrity and connection quality.
- Diagnose and repair fiber-related issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Ensure work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Work collaboratively with network engineers and support teams.

**Requirements**:

- lProven experience as a fiber optic or broadband technician (preferably FTTH).
- Strong understanding of fiber optics, networking, and telecommunication systems.
- Familiarity with **FTTH technologies**: GPON, EPON, ONT/OLT, splicing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret network diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
