**Post - HMC Operator**

**Experience - 1-3 Years**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Setting up and operating HMC machines**:
This includes loading parts, selecting appropriate tools and programs, and adjusting machine parameters to achieve desired results.
- **Interpreting blueprints and specifications**:
Understanding and implementing the dimensional and tolerance requirements outlined in drawings.
- **Performing quality checks**:
Using measuring tools and equipment to verify the accuracy and quality of the finished parts.
- **Maintaining the machine**:
Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and ensuring the machine is in good working condition.
- **Troubleshooting basic machine issues**:
Identifying and addressing minor mechanical or programming problems that may arise during operation.
- **Following safety procedures**:
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations related to machine operation.
- **Recording production data**:
Keeping records of production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **High school diploma or equivalent**: Some employers may require a technical diploma or vocational training in machining or related fields.
- **Ability to read and interpret blueprints**: Understanding geometric dimensions and tolerances.
- **Basic computer skills**: Proficiency in using CNC machines and related software.
- **Strong attention to detail and precision**: Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Mechanical aptitude**: Understanding of mechanical principles and how machines work.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to identify and resolve machine-related issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
