Job Role:
To maintain and secure Servers, Network Equipment’s & Laptop/Desktops for secure access to data and information
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested, directly or indirectly responsible (Internally or via Vendor) for meeting day-to-day administrative needs and problem resolution within the Distributed network & Server environments on-premises or cloud
- Participate in regular meetings of server planning, network architecture design, and engineering - Laptop/Desktop reimaging, hardening, and troubleshooting
- Must have Office 365 (o365) expertise (Mail Flow, Security, reports, Rules, Policies, e-Discovery etc.)
- Azure AD, Storage, Security, Network & Monitoring
- Firewall & Switch installation/configuration till monitoring
- Intune Device/Mobile management MAM, MDM, Windows updates
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001 standards and Cisco networks
- Enterprising person in terms of Technical Projects, High level of positive attitude and dedication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Good time management skills, professional approach to problem solving
- Willingness to work in UK shifts Skill Sets Required Previous Experience

Skill sets:

- 6 - 10 years of experience required in the similar field
- Must have - Office 365 (o365) expertise (Rules, Protection, Spam filters etc., Azure Active directory, Intune)
- Good to have - AWS, Azure Infra Exposure Educational Qualification Computer Graduate, Good to have Azure/ AWS Cloud certificated, Understanding of ITIL, ISO 27001, Information Security Concepts Reports To: Director - IT Location: Noida, India
- Exhaustive knowledge of Windows Servers roles, features & Hyper-V - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
- Knowledge of firewalls and cisco switches
- Proficiency in WAN & LAN networks & physical servers
- Attend Inter department meetings and actively contributes ideas and critiques
- Assists high-level management in reviewing overall plans and identifying gaps and needed tasks
- Make complex modifications to existing environments to fit specialized needs and configurations
- Participate in the evaluation of vendor proposals and procure licenses and assets for business - Supervisory responsibilities include writing and delivering performance management reviews
- Create & maintain SOP IT compliance records and processes as per Infosec & process Client needs
- Follow Security and Change Management guidelines/tasks/policies
- Handle IT related systems escalations from team (Desktop/Network). To ensure smooth communication between global offices across nations.
