- **Roles and Responsibilities**

Servicemax Developer Role.
Should be comfortable in understanding business requirements and translating those to technical requirements
Should have extensive experience in creating Apex Classes, Flows, Lightning, Apex Triggers and Visual force Pages and batch classes
Should have experience in Deployment process using Salesforce Scratch Org and agile Devops knowledge
Should be able to design optimal technical solutions to meet customer needs effectively
Should have worked in Agile projects and be conversant with the Agile Development nuances
Should have excellent understanding of SFDC Landscape and Modules
Should have experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
Should have designed Web Pages in Visual force / LWC / Lightning within SFDC for meeting functional needs
Should have Service Max tool configuration, ServiceMax Service Flow Manager Knowledge, Timesheet Management, Mobile configuration.
Should have Salesforce ServiceMax Technical/Functional Skills
Should be able to write Java Script in Servicemax.
Must have Good Communication skills and Capable of Client facing Service Max role experience.
