Role: Power BI Admin with Development Location: Pune / Hyderabad Experience: 5 - 8 Years Work Mode: Hybrid **Role and Responsibilities**: - Power BI Administration experience in Configure, maintaining, and securing Power BI services. - Create interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop that meet the specific needs of business stakeholders. - To Monitor data refresh, security, and user access. - Experience in report Development, Design, and maintain Power BI reports. - Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements. - Data Integration ETL data from diverse sources into Power BI. - Develop and manage data pipelines. - Train and support end-users. - Create and maintain documentation. - Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure fast and efficient data retrieval. **Requirements**: **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business. - Proven experience as a Power BI Admin / Developer role. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). - Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation. - Experience with data visualization best practices. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. **Benefits**: - Standard Company Benefits
