**Job Title**: AGM - Warehouse & Logistics

**Experience**: - 15 yrs and above

**Work Experience**: Should have worked in garment manufacturing preferably inner wear garments.

**Location**: Tirupur

Qualification: Any Graduate with specializing in Supply Chain & logistics

**Job Summary**:

- Ensure Supply rate of 99 % by undertaking various activities.
- Maintain receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program and procedures.
- Complies with state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Complies for on time dispatch on all orders
- Complies for 100 % error free dispatch of all orders
- Rich experience in 5s, Lean implementation, process improvement & cost savings.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Rich experience in Warehouse automation projects.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
