We are seeking an exceptionally talented UI/UX Designer with a strong proficiency in Figma to lead the design of both internal tools and customer-facing software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful designs that cater to students, institutions, and internal teams alike.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions for internal and external software.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for platforms like dashboards, course search tools, and analytics systems tailored to user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs for optimal functionality and experience.
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to improve our platform's UI/UX continuously.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing work in web and mobile platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and component design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms or dashboards is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of user-centered design processes and usability testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
