**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Graduation degree in any discipline (preferably in English, Journalism, Literature, or related field).
- Demonstrable experience in academic writing, research, or content creation.
- Excellent command over written English with strong grammar and punctuation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with academic citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical and research skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:Produce well-researched and original academic content, including essays, articles, research papers, case studies, and dissertations, adhering to academic standards and guidelines.

**2. Research**: Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics using credible sources and academic databases to gather relevant information and data.

**3. Writing**:Craft clear, concise, and structured content that effectively communicates complex ideas and concepts to the target audience.

**4. Editing and Proofreading**:Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to formatting and citation styles.

**5. Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members, including researchers, editors, and project managers, to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality content.

**6. Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any feedback or revisions promptly.

**7. Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all content meets the company's quality standards, including accuracy, originality, and relevance.

**8. Professional Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and academic writing techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information effectively.
- Proficiency in academic writing conventions and citation styles.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with online research tools and academic databases is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
