**Job description**

**PRE- SCREENING**

**1.CRM Leads**

∙Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it

appropriately

∙Update all available fields in CRM with information from students

∙Enhanced and thorough knowledge about British Education systems, our

universities, the courses and the scholarships

∙Course and university details must be properly communicated to students

∙Fee structure must be explained

∙Complete knowledge of the CRM, and suggestions to improve or customise the same

if any

∙Understand in detail our existing competitors in Kerala, India and UK

∙While contacting adding notes when were appropriate, scheduling document

reminders

∙Sending samples and materials to help them complete the documents checklist

**2.CONVERSION**

∙Each conversion should be assigned the next consultant each day.

reason if acceptable it should be marked ‘Contacted - Not Qualified’ etc in the lead

status section as appropriate.

∙The documents should include 10th, 12th, Passport, CV (for postgraduate), IELTS (if

applicable), references from 2 referees.

∙All necessary fields must be filled before the students are converted to contacts

∙Collect documents from students within 48 hours from the date of establishing

contact.

∙Delay in any collecting of documents beyond one week from any student, should be

informed to the team member leader.

∙Any downfall in leads should be notified to the team leader immediately and provide

corrective action for the same

**APPLICATION and Post OFFER**

file, before submitting the Application.

∙Regular follow up with students who have received offer letters through phone calls,

CRM, social media.

∙Ensure fee payment is completed within 48 hours from the date of receipt of

unconditional offer letter. Buffer time for fee submission no later than 5 business

days.

∙Fee payment not received from any student for over 5 business days to be escalated

to the team leader and ensure conversion.

∙Any CAS pending beyond 3 business working days should be escalated to team

leader.

∙Conversion rate from offer letter to fee payment should be 95%

**VISA**

∙Ensure completion of all relevant visa documents and be responsible for timely and

accurate visa file submissions

∙Maintain continuous awareness of standards, and the policies and procedures.

∙Carrying out online or offline assessments or interviews on the students.

1-on-1 interactions.

**UNIVERSITY EVENTS / WEBINARS**

∙Participating in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, university visits.

∙Ensuring all webinars/seminars generate the number of leads informed by the

management for each event.

∙Ensure all event leads are followed up within 24 hours

∙Ensuring that you present themselves professionally for day of the event

∙Participate and coordinate with manager and digital marketing team on any pre
- event preparation to ensure a successful event at least 48 hours in advance.

∙Any new requests for business tie ups or proposals should be informed to the

management

Be proactive and ready to assist in any creating content for digital marketing videos.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
