Social Media Executive Job Description

A Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's marketing and branding objectives. Key responsibilities include:

- Social Media Strategy: Developing and executing a social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic.
- Content Creation: Creating and curating high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Account Management: Managing and maintaining social media accounts, ensuring consistency and brand voice.
- Engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content.
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping up with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Excellent writing, graphic design, and video production skills.
- Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

Certifications
- Social Media Certifications: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Work Environment
- Full-time: Most social media executive positions are full-time, with some opportunities for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
