**ROLE OVERVIEW**

Waste management supervisors manage a team dedicated to waste management and processing, overseeing the plant's daily activities and logistics. They need to deal with garbage collecting vehicles, materials and various hazardous and non-hazardous waste types, which require disposal, recycling, composting, or processing. Their crucial role is to ensure waste is handled responsibly, efficiently, and effectively.

**Machine Operator responsibilities are**:
Prepare machines to start a production cycle,performing calibration٫ cleaning and other activities. Monitor and properly adjust machine settings. Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines. Check parts with precision٫ using appropriate measuring tools.
