**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and present 3D models and realistic renderings using **SketchUp, V-Ray, and 3ds Max**.
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using **AutoCAD**.
- Collaborate with clients and the design team to conceptualize, plan, and execute interior spaces.
- Prepare and review design concepts, space planning, and layout options.
- Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess spatial requirements and oversee project execution as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in furniture design and interior aesthetics.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, AutoCAD**, and other relevant software.
- Strong expertise in **3D rendering and visualization**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and spatial arrangement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of furniture design and ergonomic standards is a plus.
